About Slide Lock

You can complete the packing in-house using our self-packing equipment and cut the packing cost of outsourcing to a packing company. This creates maximum benefits, particularly for round-trip transportation to and from overseas factories. Slide-lock ensures that packing is easy, even when products come in various sizes. These can be easily secured. How about considering this as a product of SDGs?

Features and Functions of the Slide Locks

Secure products by floating with

Place the product on the loading material; the root with an L-shaped angle

Securing with the product’s adjuster

Securing the product’s caster

The fixed hardware is slid and secured at a designated position on the caster.

Secure product casters with pallet hardware.

Slide Lock Packing Procedure.

1. Place a cardboard sleeve around the product.

2. Place another cardboard sleeve around and then secure it with a metal fastener.

3. Place a cap for sealing.

4. Complete by sealing with polypropylene band around.

Method of fixation

The hardware that secures the product is freely movable; therefore, the product can be secured with an adjuster, caster, or load material, depending on the product size and features. The lashing belt could also be moved freely and secured in the proper position.
